TAKE IT is a track review and release preparation service. This page explains what we do with the data you send us and what you can ask us to do with it.
The controller is ProLeadly, an independent development and automation studio. For any privacy question, use the contact page.
To listen to the track, prepare the review, the video ideas and the cover art, to reply to you by email and, if you agree, to help you release the track. We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Only the service providers we need to run the site, each of them receiving the minimum:
Submissions and the related correspondence are kept for 12 months after the last contact and then deleted. If a release came out of it, the release details are kept for as long as the release is available on the platforms.
You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, for deletion, or for a restriction of processing. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to object and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Write through the contact page and we will answer within 30 days. The service is not intended for people under 18.
The site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 is used to see which pages help artists, and it loads only after you press Accept; if you decline, nothing is loaded. The Russian version of the site also uses Yandex Metrica — the English pages do not, so no Yandex script is loaded here.
Some links to music distributors may become affiliate links. Today none of them carries an affiliate code. If a distributor programme approves us, the link will be marked as sponsored: the price you pay does not change, and we may receive a commission from the distributor. This never affects which services we recommend.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of this page.
